Current order deadlines for the Holidays
Dear customers,
some of our bags are made to order. For timely deliveries for the holidays please order by 8 December 2024.
We do have a number of bags in stock. These are already made and will be shipped in time for the holidays if ordered by 18 December 2024.
For gift vouchers, the last day to order is 20 December 2024.
Last-minute digital gift vouchers: The gift voucher is also available as digital version for printing at home or sending via E-mail. When placing your order, please simply write in the coment field that you want the digital version. We will send you the voucher as a PDF file via E-mail. Please order by 24 December until 12 am.
Information on whether a bag needs to be made to order or is in stock can be found directly above the „add to cart“ button for each product.

Our entire collection is handmade by us, the two founders of »burggrafburggraf«. We make this effort to guarantee quality craftsmanship and precision. Through the personal production we make sure that every seam is impeccable, every order is lovingly packed and sent with a personal note, so that you can enjoy your unique bag for a long time. We consciously position ourselves beyond fast fashion and express orders, because precision takes time. We craft our bags in small runs or made-to-order to make sure we only produce what is really needed.
Generally, you will find two indications of availability in our shop:
- in stock: If an item is in stock, we have a small number ready for shipping.
- made-to-order: This item will be made especially for you after your order.
The delivery time for your specific bag can be found on its article page. It refers to deliveries within Germany. Delivery times for other countries can be found at the bottom of this page.
SHIPPING
We currently ship within the European Economic Area. The EEA comprises the member states of the European Union, plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
We also deliver to Switzerland and the UK on request. Dear customers from Switzerland and the UK, please contact us via our contact form.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Germany: Free shipping
- Austria: 6.00 EUR flat shipping fee
- Within the EU: 12.00 EUR flat shipping fee
- Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein: 25.00 EUR flat shipping fee
- Switzerland: The delivery costs are calculated according to expenditure
- UK: The delivery costs are calculated according to expenditure
CALCULATION OF THE DELIVERY DATE
The delivery time is the time for processing your order, the production of your bag (if applicable) plus dispatch.
If you pay in advance by bank transfer the time limit for delivery begins on the day after you issue the payment order and ends with the expiry of the last day of the time limit.
If you use other payment methods like paypal or credit card the time limit for delivery begins on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the time limit.
If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS WITH DIFFERENT DELIVERY TIMES
If you place an order for multiple items that have different delivery times (for example, a bag in stock and a bag that is made to order for you), we will ship your bags in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. The delivery time that applies to the item with the longest delivery time applies to the joint shipment.
